(More customer reviews)I took this mini air compressor out of the box and out of the wrapping, took it out to my car to put air in my wheelchair tire (which is basically just like a bike tire), and it worked for about 10 seconds, then stopped working altogether. I tried it in three other cars cigarette lighters, and an AC adapter, just to be sure it wasn't my car's cigarette lighter that wasn't working. It was the air compressor. Furthermore, even though it is an inexpensive item, I could not believe how cheaply it is made and feels in general. Furthermore... it doesn't even have an on/off switch or power switch! This means, that as soon as you plug it into a cigarette lighter, it just starts going. So, you have to put the hose on the tire before you plug it in, and then the only way you can turn it off is by pulling it out of the cigarette lighter, which for most situations, is not proximal to where the pump is, so you have no way of gauging the air pressure (which, by the way, in the 10 seconds that the mini air compressor seem to be working, the pressure gauge didn't register anything, so I'm doubting that the pressure gauge even worked.) Bottom line: I highly recommend that you avoid this product!
