(More customer reviews)I recently installed this hose reel and the major problem is that it doesn't layer the hose therefore it stacks on its self and doesn't retract all the way. Sometimes I have to try two or three times to get it retracted. It is a pain. Spend the extra money and get a biger one that layers the hose.
