(More customer reviews)One of my car's tires apparently developed a slow leak just before I went away on vacation and when I got back it was flat. My neighbor used this very air compressor to pump up my tire enough to let me drive to the shop and get a patch. This little compressor is conveniently powered by plugging it into a running car's cigarette lighter. Granted, it was slow, noisy and vibrated a lot. On the plus side, it's bright color would make it easily spottable in a trun k filled with miscellaneous stuff. It's small but heck, it did the job. I decided that, like jumper cables, this is one little device that one ought to have in the car, just in case.
